This captivating exhibit invites you to embark on an adventure through a life-size board game filled with puzzles, competitions, and collaborative challenges.
In "Game Quest," you can choose your own path and make your own rules, providing endless ways to play. Whether solving brain-teasing puzzles, competing head-to-head, or working together towards a common goal, everyone will find excitement and learning around every corner. The exhibit features both classic games from around the world and innovative new games that will introduce you to fresh concepts and experiences.
"We are thrilled to launch 'Game Quest,' an exhibit that embodies the spirit of learning through play," said Jacob Breier, Children's Museum Houston Director of Exhibit Development. "We believe this exhibit will not only provide endless fun but also help children develop crucial problem-solving and mathematical skills."
With math at the core of "Game Quest,” the exhibit is designed to sharpen your problem-solving skills with mathematics-focused games and puzzles. As you navigate through the exhibit, you will encounter games that exercise mathematical concepts such as algebraic thinking, measurement, probability, numbers and operations, and more.
