We now offer an After-Hours party package that takes the experience to the next level, ensuring your child's special day is truly unique. Our birthday parties are designed to inspire creativity, curiosity, and joy in your child and their friends. Through interactive exhibits, engaging activities, and delightful surprises, we turn birthdays into unforgettable adventures!

Payments and Cancellations
Full payment is required upon booking.
Cancellation
• Cancellations are required in writing with 15 business days (3 weeks’ notice): A refund of the party cost minus a $50 administrative fee will be provided.
• Less than 15 business days (3 weeks’ notice):
Full amount of party cost is forfeited.
If you need to reschedule, this must be done 15 business days (3 weeks) prior to your party, and there is an additional $50 FEE to reschedule. Please notify the museum immediately of any change in plans or of a cancellation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Catering – Birthday party hosts may bring in cake, ice cream, drinks, goody bags, and a cooler with ice. No other foods are permitted.
Catering is available from our Fresh Café.
This package is perfect for a child of any age! Enjoy full access to the Museum, a two-hour party (one hour to explore; 1 hour to party in your private room), and a Party Guide to assist you with your celebration. Bring your own cake, ice cream, drinks and decorations and let Fresh Café take care of your catering needs!
Parties are available Saturdays and Sundays at 9 am, noon, and 3 pm.

Book A Party
Host a private after-hours birthday party for all ages in the Main Kids Hall of the museum. You can bring your food, cake, and non-alcoholic beverages in a cooler with ice.
Before your scheduled time, you will have 20 minutes to decorate and add your personal touch to the event!
Parties are available Fridays and Saturdays from 6 pm - 8 pm, subject to availability.

From pizzas to healthy fruit trays, we bring the best snacks and treats from our Fresh Café!
You may check-in 20 minutes prior to your designated start time a cart is available for you to transport decorations, refreshments and gifts. We do not have space to store any items earlier than 20 minutes before the party begins or any time after the party is scheduled to end.
Museum staff is not allowed to handle any food or drinks including passing plates to guests or cleaning up after the party. Also, unless you have ordered food from our Fresh Café, paper goods (plates, napkins, etc.) are not provided. We will cover all tables with plastic table covers and set up chairs for adults and children.
You are welcome to decorate as much as you'd like in your party room. Just keep in mind that you will only have 20 minutes prior to start time to decorate. Also, we ask that you limit decorations to table top pieces and balloons. We do not allow anything to be attached to party room walls, doors, or ceilings. We also do not allow piñatas, Silly String, or confetti.
Additional adults (ages 16+) with or without children are free, but we ask that you keep in mind that total room capacity is 40 guests.
Our party packages include two (2) hours in one of our party rooms, as well as set-up and clean-up.
