The INVISTA Genius Station provides an opportunity to engage with professional science educators to answer scientific problems, get support with homework or science fair projects, or experience the sheer joy of geeking out about a topic of interest. With an extensive repertoire of teaching tools, experiments, and demonstrations, the Educators will pique your interest with exhilarating experiences that take learning to the next level. Science is about discovery—geek out with us and discover the genius in you!

Genius Station is staffed by a rotating team of “Educators” including:

• John Bartlett, the Lead Educator, is CMH's in-house “Weather Guru.” Check out his dozens of science videos he’s created for All-Time Access on Playtime Playlist!
• Jae Ross has a B.S. in Biology and a passion for teaching science! Come geek out with Jae!
• Milan “Millie” Green is a Ph.D. Candidate (Recreation, Parks, and Tourism Management) with an M.S. in Animal Science and a B.A. in Psychology. Come geek out with Millie!
• Devon Eldridge, the Life Science Educator, has a M.S. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (emphasis in Entomology) and is always ready to bug out about science with you!
• Jason Hammond, the Science Outreach Manager, loves to create fun experiments for afterschool kids and kids that visit him at the Science Station!
• David Munk, the Afterschool STEAM Educator, creates activities for afterschool programs across Houston!
• Keith Ostfeld, aka “Mr. O” from O Wow Moment segments seen on KPRC Channel 2 on Saturday mornings, has been geeking out about STEM for 25 years in both middle and high school classrooms as well as the Museum.
