Guest Speaker: Stephany Abreu, Early Intervention Specialist (EIS) & Outreach Coordinator: Introduction to the Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program and its importance. ECI is a comprehensive system of services designed to support infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities, along with their families, servicing children ages 0-3. Come learn about the range of services available and how they are delivered, eligibility criteria—including developmental delays—the referral process, and funding considerations. Participants will gain a clear understanding of the ECI process, from initial referral to service delivery and transitions after ECI.
