National Engineers' Week Takes Over the Museum.

It's always a great day to invent at CMH, but during National Engineers' Week the Museum took programming to the next level. With the help of Chevron volunteers, children made rubber-band powered cars and mini rocket ships. Houston Brick Club showed off their elaborate LEGO^® builds, and in the Chevron Maker Annex children made illuminated designs with LEDs.

Time to get inventive! The Museum’s newest exhibit celebrates the complicated, quirky cartoons of Rube Goldberg. Throughout the exhibit visitors operate complex machines based on Goldberg’s designs—with surprising and silly results.
