Get in the Halloween spirit with a fun filled night of activities! Join us for pumpkin carving, movie make-up, paper bag costumes and more immersive activities to capture the Halloween spirit!

About the Event

WHAT'S HAPPENING?

Movie Make-Up: Transform yourself into a Halloween character as you learn spooky special effects and creative makeup techniques to complete your costume look.

When: From 9 am-12 pm in Design Studio

Pumpkin Carving: Create your very own glowing pumpkin masterpiece in this hands-on workshop—have all the fun of carving without any of the cleanup!  

Limit 12 participants at a time, ages 7+. While supplies last.

When: From 10 am- 3 pm in Chevron Maker Lab

Paper Bag Costumes: Turn a simple paper bag into a one-of-a-kind Halloween costume creation using your imagination and crafty skills.

When: From 1-4 pm in Design Studio

ON-GOING ACTIVITIES

DIY Costumes – Plastic Fusion: Design a unique Halloween accessory or costume piece as you experiment with plastic fusion techniques to create wearable works of art.

When: All Day in the Science Station

Spookley Square Pumpkin: Get creative as you create your own paper craft version of Spookley the Square Pumpkin!
